We are a group of Sandown residents united by our love for this town. Together, we’re raising awareness and voicing our concerns and opposition about the Sanctuary Estates proposal of a 32 cabin transient lodging and party venue, so we can preserve the quiet, rural charm we all cherish.

Our mission is to preserve Sandown’s rural character by promoting transparency, ensuring accountability in local decision-making, and empowering residents with the information and tools needed to protect the integrity of our town’s laws and processes.

We are committed to making sure that development in Sandown follows the rules as written—fairly, consistently, and in a way that reflects the community’s long-standing values.

We share clear, fact-based timely updates, highlight inconsistencies, and provide information on upcoming meetings, hearings, and community events to ensure the public has access to the full picture, not just selective information.
